Specific Duties

Taiga Jack attends to the company's administrative and logistical needs. Yet he focuses on training and playing for Japan's BLeague clubs during a season that stretches from August to April the following year. His years in Japan arm him with contacts, experience, hardship and insight unique to professional athletes transitioning to work in Japan. It is a challenging environment.  There is a minefield of social expectation, financial obligation and cross-cultural assumptions that lead many athletes into conflict - and the bench - especially when not familiar with the issues and attitudes that surround them. Taiga consults and directs expertise from Taiga Jack Enterprises to mitigate and help solve issues that affect player attitude on court.
